Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP) offers a mindful, compassionate and accepting space for you to explore any issues that are present in your life at this time.

CPP is rooted in Buddhist concepts, however I am not Buddhist and you do not need to be a Buddhist to begin therapy with me.

CPP is a gentle, relational approach that can offer you profound insights and create subtle shifts in perception, helping you to better understand both your internal and external world.

CPP is suitable for both short or long-term work, and following an initial consultation, we can decide together what would best support you on your current journey.

You don’t need to be in crisis or have a diagnosed mental illness to have psychotherapy. It can help you with many of life's problems, from anxiety and grief to relationship problems, emotional difficulties or stress.




Psychotherapy can help you to achieve a specific goal or overcome a challenge and can help you understand yourself better and fulfil your potential.

At this time I only see adults (18+) on a 1-1 basis

Psychotherapy can be short or long-term. The number of sessions you have will depend on you and the depth and complexity of the issues you want to work on. It’s unusual for therapy to last for less than six sessions and some people may continue for many years.
